Great ocean front location.

Our experience was disappointing. Upon arrival, we were surprised to find a miscommunication about our accommodations that left us stranded in a dark alley, forced to stay across the street under poor conditions. The facilities were outdated and far from what one would expect from a four-star hotel.

Charming and adorable place, I greatly enjoyed very good personnel.

The hotel was clean with gorgeous interior and nestled in a nice building. Its location was marvellous and lovely close to port. The service here was excellent. The swimming pool was great too.

We loved extensive breakfasts and wonderful views!

Pleasant, clean hotel, every detail here was nice. The room was well-kept and well-appointed, with convenient decor and a balcony and a safe box for our comfort. The location was perfect, on the waterfront, convenient to go everywhere...

Quirky hotel, enjoyed our stay, it had outstanding food and nice location to the main city centre. The venue's staff was very helpful. The services were excellent, offered us fast free Wi-Fi. The pool was lovely and the views were stunningly beautiful.

The staff were friendly, and the room

Offered a lovely ocean view. The overall experience felt lacking due to outdated facilities and a limited breakfast selection. Despite being clean, improvements could enhance the charm of this otherwise pleasant stay.

The room was nice and the terrace that faced the sea was large and very nice

When I booked..needed a place to get on "local time" before a cruise out of the port..this hotel too far out of town and not much around within walking distance..taxi to the cruise port took 1 1/2 hours just to get there to pick us up..this town only has 6-taxi's so makes for a long Que when trying to get a taxi to your ship.. Not fair to say I wouldn't recommend to others..but wasn't what we needed

Very old and badly in need of an update

I almost believed this was a nice hotel, but the pool was full of algae, and they charged €10 per person for it! Unbelievable! The humorless staff acted like i was stealing when asking for coffee during breakfast. As someone who pays a premium price, an upgrade would've been nice too, but i suppose the mercure does not value its guests.

Right on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea. Great views for the balcony.

A very poor continental breakfast is included. The property is at a nice location but was overpriced for what you got.

We enjoyed the beach, diving, and motor boating nearby. The ocean view from the room was amazing, and the breakfast had some decent options. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. For those wanting fun, there's a great gym, and the location is super convenient for exploring the local area.

One disappointing moment was when our room had some maintenance issues. The toilet didn't flush properly, and although they promised to fix it, it was annoying to deal with .
